2024 U.S. Member Health Plan Study - Continuous Surveying
To provide even more value to our clients, we have realigned our resources to move to a nearly year-long surveying period which will provide subscribers with more timely insights into health plan member expectations. In previous years, fielding typically occurred in the first quarter of the calendar year.

Data collection, access to audiences, and operational logistics have evolved. J.D. Power recognizes the need to proactively adapt, to ensure continued success for clients. For our Member Health Plan Study, the move to continuous fielding will reduce the impact of survey timing on study results.
When will we be able to start to see 2024 study data?
While fielding will be continuous, final results will be available during the May publish of the study.
How do we expect this to impact sample counts?
We are targeting an increase in the overall sample collected over the course of the year.
