Ashley Edgar is Director of Automotive Supplier Benchmarking at J.D. Power. In her current role, she leads business development, results delivery and client support within the automotive supplier space and alternative mobility field. Ashley is a trusted partner to our supplier clients and the face of J.D. Power's syndicated studies for U.S. suppliers. She offers critical insights to suppliers by delivering the Component Quality Reports based off Initial Quality Survey and APEAL data. The Reports span across the automotive sectors such as: Advanced Driving Assistance Systems, Seats, Infotainment, Powertrain, Driving Experience and Interior.
Ashley's work at J.D. Power builds on 17 years of industry experience within a variety of high-profile quality and engineering roles at Stellantis, most recently as the Chief Platform Engineer for the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator. Her time at Stellantis provided her with key insight into the data suppliers need to succeed from an OEM client's perspective. Relevant resume highlights include collaboration on industry firsts, such as the integration of the Amazon FireTV Entertainment System into the Chrysler Pacifica and the thermal integration of Waymo’s fully self-driving systems built off the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Her experience also includes leading development of the Chrysler Portal Autonomous Concept Vehicle that she presented at the Consumer Electronics Show.
