Frank Hanley is Senior Director, Automotive Benchmarking at J.D. Power. In this capacity Frank is the face of our legacy products: the Initial Quality Study (IQS), the Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study and the Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS). Prior to this role, Frank worked in the J.D. Power automotive consulting practice for 19 years, delivering key insights and benchmarking results to our clients.
Frank holds an MBA from the University of Michigan- Dearborn.
