Gerardo Gomez Galvez

Gerardo Gomez Galvez is the Country Manager, Mexico Auto Sales, at J.D. Power and oversees all the work that is done in our Mexico office, including our syndicated benchmark studies, like the Mexico Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), the Customer Satisfaction Index Initial Quality Study (CSI), and the Mexico Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS). Prior to joining J.D. Power Gerardo accumulated more than 28 years of experience in the industry, working in marketing, sales, dealer development and several other roles for multiple automakers, most recently at Toyota.
