Kathy Rizk is Senior Director, User Experience Benchmarking and Technology at J.D. Power. She is responsible for managing automotive technology engagements and is the face of the Technology Experience Index (TXI) Study. In this role, Kathy builds on years of being a trusted partner for our clients. She has worked with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers during the product / software development process to identify conceptual misalignments with Voice of the Customer requirements from a Human Machine Interface (HMI) and user experience perspective.
Kathy holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a bachelors degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
