Lisa Boor is Sr. Manager, Automotive Benchmarking & Mobility Development at J.D. Power. Lisa has worked for J.D. Power since 1997, having held positions in the U.S. and Europe; her research advises the automotive industry on quality and other key benchmarks.. In her current role, Lisa heads the Mobility Confidence Index in the United States and studies the development of automated vehicles from the standpoints of industry progression and consumer readiness.
Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
