As a strategic partner to industry leaders, Colette works across Salesforce’s most strategic customers to explore how new technology solutions and AI can be used to advance business goals and reimagine customer experiences.

Colette graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy. She built her career at PwC in the Insurance Advisory Practice, before serving as the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Risk and Health executive team at Aon. Following her passion for technology's transformative potential in insurance, Colette transitioned to an InsurTech focused on reimagining the claims experience. She joined Salesforce to address customer experience holistically and redefine carrier-customer relationships through digital innovation.
