John Alsop is a California native and a second-generation insurance professional. Two of his three children and his wife work with him in the agency. John and Kim have been married for 40 years. They have three married children and seven grandchildren.

John is the founder of Agents Helping Agents California and a charter member of the Mega Agency Best Practice Conferences. He is a thought leader in the lead marketing space and hosts agent groups at Lead Generation World and LeadsCon. He is a top 1% producer in auto, home, and financial products and has led the nation in Auto and Property production for Allstate.

Started in Allstate: John's career with Allstate began in 1984 in the Underwriting Department. He became a Sears Store Agent in 1989.
