Ralph is responsible for the strategy and business development of worldwide commercial insurance. During his first 4+ years at AWS he was responsible for global insurance alliances (ISVs/SIs). Ralph has over 30 years of technology and international financial services industry experience beginning with his technical years at Nobel prize winning AT&T Bell Laboratories followed by bringing UNIX, C, and Java to Wall Street. He has served as a VP for 4 publicly traded technology companies with a focus on financial services. Within the insurance industry, Ralph has been a broker and underwriting director. He holds the CPCU and ARM designations in insurance, as well as master degrees in science (MS) and business (MBA).
