What is the J.D. Power Insurance Claims Event?
This exclusive event brings together experts, peers, and strategic leaders from across the auto and property insurance claims industry to discuss trends impacting the customer experience and best practices for satisfying customers throughout the claims process.
Will the sessions be recorded or will any materials be shared afterward?
These sessions are designed to be an exclusive in-person experience—there will be no virtual attendance or recordings shared afterward. We highly encourage you to send a representative from your organization to fully leverage the content and conversations.
What is the event date?
We will have a Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 28, and conference sessions will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025
Where will the event take place?
The event will be hosted at the Drake Hotel located at 140 East Walton Place, Chicago, Illinois, 60611.
What time will the event start?
Our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, October 28 will begin at 6:30 pm CDT. Check-in and breakfast will begin at 7:30 am on Wednesday, October 29 and sessions will begin at 8:00 am.

What accommodations are included?
The event includes all activities, meetings, and meals, such as the Reception on October 28 and breakfast and lunch on October 29. However, airfare, transfers, hotel accommodations, and incidental expenses are not included.

Is there a discounted room rate at the Drake Hotel?
J.D. Power has a negotiated room rate of $369.00 per night, plus all applicable state and local taxes. To take advantage of our discounted rates, please click here to book your room. The discounted hotel block will fill quickly, so book your room early. Room rates are based upon availability and will expire.
What is the closest airport to The Drake Hotel?
Chicago-OHare International Airport is 14 miles from the Drake, and Chicago Midway Airport is 17 miles away. Shuttles to The Drake are not available at either airport, however taxi and rideshare options are available onsite at both locations.

During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate. Plan to bring a light jacket or sweater for the cool hotel temperatures.
