• Coach airfare and accommodations provided including a stipend offered while at the resort on the 3-night trip; all other obligations are an attendee’s responsibilities (excursions outside of the President's Club Program, extra nights on either end of the trip, flight upgrades, etc.).

• A protected leave will not affect eligibility. A participant who cannot attend due to a protected leave or other protected status should notify HR and will receive a reasonable accommodation as required by law.
• Attendance at the President's Club event, including any associated travel, is voluntary and offered as recognition rather than as a work assignment. Participation is not a condition of employment and is not part of any participant's job duties.
• The President's Club award is a discretionary, non-monetary recognition award. It is separate from, and is not earned compensation under, the Sales Incentive Plan or any other incentive compensation plan, and it does not affect any amounts payable under those plans.

For participants in the EU, UK, or similar jurisdictions, this data is processed based on the Company's legitimate interests in recognizing performance, as described in the Company's employee privacy notice.
